I decided that I wanted to catch a trophy fish, so we booked the trip. We were greeted upon arrival and they explained there was a risk of not catching something \u2014 we didn\u2019t care, we wanted a trophy.<\/p><p>The day started off slow and then they got us hooked up on a double. I grabbed the first pole and caught a beefcake of a tuna, and my girlfriend on the second pole had the trophy: she landed a 9 ft sailfish! We were ecstatic that we got to accomplish our goal.<\/p><p>After all the celebrations were over they made us fresh ceviche with the tuna we caught.
