How payment works: you reserve online with a deposit and pay the balance when you arrive at the marina. Online bookings include a 1.5% booking fee shown at checkout. Prices include VAT (IVA); paying the balance by card adds 5%. The dock fee (and fishing licenses on Nuj Kay) is paid per passenger on the day.
Cancellations: cancel at least 7 days before your trip and we refund your deposit. Cancellations within 7 days of the trip, and bookings made 6 days or less before it, are non-refundable, except for circumstances beyond our or your control, which we review case by case.
Weather and mechanical issues: if the Port Authority closes the port, we offer you new dates; if none work for you, we refund your deposit in full. If the boat has a mechanical problem, we contact you to offer another boat or another date, or a full refund of your deposit.
Booking requests: for boats marked “booking request”, your trip is confirmed only when you receive our confirmation email.
