Frequently asked questions
Do I need fishing experience?
No. The trip is private and our captain and crew guide beginners and experienced anglers alike. You decide how much help you want — from doing everything yourself to letting the crew set up the lines while you relax.
Is the price per person?
No. The price is for the whole private boat (up to 4 guests). The dock fee per passenger is paid separately on the day of your trip.
How do I book?
Choose your date and trip length in the booking calendar on this page and secure it online with a deposit. You pay the balance on the day of your trip.
What fish can we catch?
Depending on the season and sea conditions you may target sailfish, marlin, mahi-mahi, wahoo, tuna, barracuda, grouper, snapper and more. Fishing is nature, so catches are not guaranteed.
Can we keep our fish?
Yes, within local regulations. The crew cleans and fillets your catch for you. Billfish such as sailfish and marlin are released to protect the species — they are caught for sport, not to eat. If you would like a trophy mount, we work with Gray Taxidermy in Florida; the price depends on the size and species, so ask us before your trip.
What happens if the weather is bad?
If conditions are not safe we will contact you to move your trip to another date, or refund you if the port is closed by the maritime authorities.
What is the cancellation policy?
You get a refund of your deposit if you cancel at least 7 days before your trip.
